Many involved working within established, sometimes restrictive brand guidelines, while finding opportunities to give each project its own character through typography, imagery, illustration and layout.

A visual direction inspired by the school's Yorkshire grit tagline and its rugged coastal surroundings. Natural textures, stone and granite informed the moodboard, bringing a sense of northern character and adventure to the website and print concepts.

Alleyn Court’s distinctive navy blue and pink presented an interesting design challenge. Drawing on the palette’s slightly nostalgic, storybook quality, I used playful typography, illustration and photography to bring colour and character to the school’s promotional and event materials.
